REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Polyguru do not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders without giving prior consent.
Under no circumstances will custom made products be returnable.
Goods supplied shall be the customer’s risk immediately on delivery.
Title to the goods shall pass to the customer only when payment has been made in full. In case of non-payment, Polyguru shall be entitled to repossess the goods and the costs will be for the customer’s account.
In the case of returning an incorrect order (excluding custom made products) the customer will be liable for the shipping fees.
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Polyguru handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. All refunds incur a 20% restocking fee, card payment fees are nonrefundable and we can only accept unopened goods in original packaging. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Polyguru.
