SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, the delivery time will be according to the postcode, customer service will be in contact with the customer to provide delivery times.
  2. Deilivery cost will be calculated at checkout according to what postcode is entered.
  3. The destination of the goods must be specified in the order.
  4. The confirmation of the delivery day will be with the customer.
  5. The customer must be present at receiving the shipment and sign the confirmation of receipt of the goods.
  6. In the event that the customer is not present when the goods arrive, the goods will be left in a location deemed secure by the driver.
  7. All sheet lengths over 6m require individual freight quotes per job.
  8. All delivery dates given are subject to stock availability and only estimated delivery dates - if your order is late we accept no responsibility for any incurred fees for labour, late fees occurred from your customer or any other legally binding arrangements third party to us. We strongly advise not to book builders or labourers on site until you have received your order and fully checked the order is correct.
  9. Drivers may not be able to call you prior to delivery, so please ensure you enter the correct address, email address, and any required delivery instructions upon checkout to ensure a successful delivery.
  10. if an error was made with your shipping address at the time of order, please call our Customer Support team on 1800 531 727 as soon as possible.
  11. Sheet lengths over 7.2m are not available to order in WA.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from PolyGuru except bespoke cut orders that have been produced to your specifications. If you wish to cancel your order you need to email us within 7 days of you receiving your order and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in the good condition.

We Ship Australia wide Monday to Friday from various warehouses across Australia.
